1. Acceptance of Terms:

By using the ComiixDojo Comic Book Collectibles Online Marketplace ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

i. No Offline Transactions: Buyers and sellers agree that all transactions must be conducted on the Platform, and no offline transactions are allowed.

ii. Payment: Buyers must ensure prompt and accurate payment for the items they purchase.

iii. Communication: Buyers and sellers are encouraged to communicate through the Platform's messaging system for transparency and record-keeping purposes.

3. Shipping and Returns:

a. Shipping: Sellers must specify their shipping policies, including shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times in their listings. Buyers are responsible for reviewing these policies before making a purchase.

b. Returns: Sellers must specify their return policies in their listings. Buyers are responsible for reviewing these policies before making a purchase.

4. Dispute Resolution

a. Platform's Role: The Platform acts as a venue to facilitate transactions. The Platform is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or any aspect of the items listed, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of sellers to sell items or buyers to pay for them.

b. Disputes: In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, the parties agree to resolve the issue in good faith. If a resolution cannot be reached, the Platform may, at its discretion, provide mediation services.

5. Intellectual Property:

a. Listing Content: Sellers warrant that they have the right to use any content they upload to the Platform, including pictures and descriptions. The Platform reserves the right to remove or modify any content that infringes on intellectual property rights.

6. Termination:

The Platform reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user's account for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these terms.

7. Changes to Terms:

The Platform may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of changes, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
